Beneficiary Information (optional):

You can supply the name and address of two beneficiaries. A beneficiary is the person you nominate to receive any funds you have in the credit union in the event of your death.

The credit union has insurance which means that if you die before your 80th birthday any outstanding loan will be paid off, less any arrears, and your beneficiary will receive the funds you have invested in the credit union, plus 50% less the said arrears.
